About Me


Nick Heinimann is a Photographer / Filmmaker & Creative Director from Switzerland, currently based in London. Nick produces visual excellence through a creative frontier, capturing travel & adventure images around the world as well as products.

Nick has built his own engaged community of over 36,000 people (@roamwithnick) and has worked with world-leading brands such as One Plus, Gobe, and Vanguard.

Nick used to work at one of the biggest advertising companies as a copywriter churning out ideas after ideas and overworking like no tomorrow. Nick kept seeing people live this amazing life going on holiday all the time, travelling always so he took a long hard look at himself and decided to go all-in The next day he handed in his month notice and through my filmmaking background he self-taught himself photography.

Nick has always strived to shoot the most stunning visual content possible, where planning and execution is key in the process of maintaining the high standard of content currently demanded by the world. Each photo Nick takes comes with hours of planning, hours of hiking and waiting for the right shot. For Nick photography & content creation have become his life and undying passion and each piece of content has a deep story behind it.
