Nick visited his grandparents over Christmas 2018 and with his grandad being 93 years old Nick wanted to create something for him to cherish and for him to look back on when he is no longer with us. We often take the people we love the most for granted because they are always there for us. This video is all about cherishing the moments we get with them and not taking their presence for granted.

Shot on a Black Magic camera. Nick wanted to challenge himself to film in black & white and visually tell a story through no dialogue. The story follows the deep connection between animal and human.
A short film Nick produced, screen-wrote, edited and directed whilst at the Academy of Film, Theatre & Television Sydney, Australia. The story follows one of love and fate as well as dealing with grief and pain once you lose the one thing you love more than anything.

Nick created a YouTube channel called 1304 Productions with the aim of producing weekly short films & comedy skits amongst others as a way to learn and build on his craft and become a better filmmaker. The channel reached over 40,000 views with just 8 videos. All films were created in Malaysia.
